Silverson Therapies is run by Nicky Silverson and is based in Rustington, not far from where I run my childminding service.
She offers a range of therapies which can be carried out in the comfort of your own home or at her home on a Friday.
She offers Reflexology, Aromatherapy Massage, Aroma-reflex, Indian Head Massage, Body Massage, Hopi Ear Candles and Reiki.
Nicky can also offer a variety of therapies for pregnant women including: Maternity Reflexology, Aromatherapy Massage, Aroma-reflex and Indian Head Massage. These therapies are deeply relaxing and very supportive for women throughout their pregnancy and beyond.
She also teaches Baby reflex which is a 3 week course where mums or dads can learn reflexology techniques to use on their own babies that can help with calming, digestive issues and well-being.
Nicky covers a 15 mile radius of her base which includes Littlehampton, Rustington, Angmering, Worthing, Shoreham, Felpham, Bognor Regis, Pagham, Ashington and Storrington.
